Welcome to Fidelity Life Sciences, an organisation which is commited to healthcare! The foundation for Fidelity Life Sciences Privet Limited was laid in 2011.
In last 4 years, we have developed a strong presence in western India with rising prescriptions from various specialities (Cardiac, Diabetic, Gastrointestinal, Antibiotics and Multi-Vitamins) through its domestic marketing division. we believe in building brands and keep introducing new products to address the growing needs of our customers. with its command centre located in Pune, the knowledge capital of India, "Fidelity Life Sciences" Pharmaceutical is a blend of quality manufacturing, Domestic and International marketing besides research and Development activities for conventional therapies and novel drug delivery systems. Our manufacturing facilities are certified by WHO-GMP, Schedule M- GMP and ISO 9001-2008.
We have strong plans for expansion in the domestic market by multiplying its operations nationally with strength of young talents, wholesalers, distributors, warehousing and non-warehousing chain drug stores, and managed care providers. We are planning to expand our contract manufacturing and services business by organic (through introduction of new services, subsidiaries, partnerships and joint ventures) and inorganic growth (through acquisitions) in countries across Africa, South America, Europe and Asian Continents.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors, which is elected by shareholders, comprises executive and non-executive directors. The team of board of directors has hands on experience in Drug Development, Corporate Collaborations, Financial Management, Successful Product Commercialization and Customer Relationship Management. It is the final decision-making body responsible for the company’s activities, strategy, performance and corporate governance.
Dr. Satish Bhide - Managing Director
Dr. Satish Bhide is the Managing Director of Fidelity Life Sciences, Dr. Satish Bhide is instrumental in defining strategies for the growth of the company by developing new products and services & entering new markets. He has extensive experience in general management, corporate finance and strategic planning in healthcare industry. Dr. Bhide holds a degree in medicine from B. J. Medical College, Pune. He is a post graduate in Management and an ex IAS officer with rich and varied experience in Govt sector. He has been involved and instrumental in planning and formulating the overall business strategy and developing business relations for our Company.

Mr. Milind Joshi, holds the position of GM- Sales & Marketing in our company. He has total experience of 19 years. Prior to joining our company he worked with Emcure pharmaceuticals for 13 years and worked throughout in the speciality segment of cardio diabetic. He has been associated with our company since the beginning.
